FEMA Assistance Deadline Extended for Rota Survivors; July 9 Cutoff Set

ROTA — The Municipality of Rota is reminding residents that the deadline to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance has been extended, with the Survivor Recovery Center continuing to accept applications through Thursday, July 9.

In a public notice, the Office of the Mayor said community members who sustained disaster-related damages or losses and have not yet submitted an application are strongly encouraged to do so before the deadline at the Sinapalo Youth Center.

The FEMA Individual Assistance Center is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The office urged all affected residents to take advantage of the extension and ensure their applications are submitted on time.
