SAIPAN — The Senate Standing Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation and Communications meeting originally scheduled for Monday, July 13, at 1 p.m. has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstance, committee Chairman Sen. Manny Gregory Tenorio Castro announced Saturday.
The meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 14, at 1 p.m. in the Senate Chamber of the Vice-Speaker Jesus P. Mafnas Memorial Building on Capitol Hill.
To ensure the committee properly receives written comments on the agenda items, the public shall submit written testimonies to the Office of Sen. Manny Gregory T. Castro at the Mafnas Memorial Building prior to the convening of the committee meeting, the notice said. Oral testimony may be presented during the meeting.
The PUTC committee includes Vice Chairman Sen. Jude U. Hofschneider and Sens. Corina L. Magofna, Francisco Q. Cruz, Ronnie M. Calvo and Donald M. Manglona.
