SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Economic Incentive Authority board will meet Tuesday, September 1 at 10:30 a.m. in the Department of Corrections conference room in Susupe, Chairperson Anthony C. Torres announced in a public notice.
The agenda includes updates on potential applicants, review of statutes applicable to the authority, and action on Chapter 20 regulations, with the board set to discuss, amend or vote on submitting Title 195:20 to the CNMI Register with needed translations following legal review. The board will first convene in executive session from 10 to 10:30 a.m. to seek legal counsel regarding regulations.
