Moylan Announces Over $16 Million in FEMA Funding for GMH Power, UOG Resilience Projects

HAGÅTÑA — Congressman James Moylan announced that FEMA is awarding more than $16 million for disaster resilience and hazard mitigation projects at the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority and the University of Guam, funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program following Typhoon Mawar.
