SAIPAN – The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation will shut off water service to portions of San Vicente, Dandan Homestead and Obyan on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to allow the San Vicente Water Tank to regain normal distribution levels.
CUC said in a public advisory that customers in the affected areas will experience low to no water pressure between the specified hours. After service returns, residents should allow one to two hours for the water lines to pressurize fully.
The utility advised motorists in the area to reduce speed and exercise caution while driving near CUC crews, or to take alternative routes.
