SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Ports Authority Board of Directors will hold a special meeting Thursday, April 30, at 2 p.m. at the CPA Meeting Room at Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport.
The agenda includes a review of port updates, emergency expenditures tied to the April 19 impact of Typhoon Sinlaku across airport and seaport divisions on Saipan, Tinian and Rota, and a discussion on typhoon emergency pay clarification for exempt employees. The board may also convene in executive session.
