SAIPAN – The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation said Wednesday that CHCC phone lines will be unavailable overnight Thursday into Friday during a scheduled network-wide IT&E maintenance, and urged anyone with a medical emergency during the outage to go directly to the Emergency Room.
The full IT&E maintenance window runs from 11 p.m. Thursday, May 14, to 4 a.m. Friday, May 15. CHCC said the hard outage on its phone lines will occur from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday.
“For any medical emergency, please proceed to the Emergency Room,” CHCC said in a public advisory.
The Emergency Room remains open and operational throughout the maintenance window.
