SAIPAN – The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation said its mobile medical clinics have delivered 1,024 patient visits during the Super Typhoon Sinlaku recovery response, with the latest numbers current as of May 14.
CHCC released the update jointly with disaster response partners Samaritan’s Purse and Team Rubicon Disaster Response.
The breakdown of health needs addressed at the mobile clinics includes 738 prescriptions and medication refills, 603 illnesses, 428 chronic illnesses, 88 injuries and 21 behavioral health or mental health visits.
CHCC said its teams remain committed to bringing quality care to the community.
