Ukulele Classes Continue This Summer at Koblerville and Kagman; Registration Still Open

SAIPAN — Registration remains open for the 2026 ukulele class series hosted by the Save The Music-CNMI Foundation and Voices of The Marianas, with sessions running through September at the Koblerville Youth Center and Kagman Community Center.

At the Koblerville Youth Center, beginner classes run from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. with advanced classes from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. At the Kagman Community Center, classes run from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Class dates at both locations are June 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27; July 10, 11, 18, 24, 25 and 31; August 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29; and September 5, 12 and 19, according to the updated schedule released June 8.

The series culminates in a ukulele recital on Saturday, September 26 at the Kagman Community Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Registration is available through the Save The Music-CNMI Foundation. The program is supported by the Commonwealth Council for Arts and Culture and the Division of Youth Services.
