SAIPAN — Triple J Real Estate Division is opening three of its residential properties to families displaced by Super Typhoon Sinlaku, waiving federal income eligibility requirements through April 30, 2027 under an emergency housing program approved by the Northern Marianas Housing Corporation.
The waiver allows households that previously exceeded federal income thresholds to apply for units they would not otherwise qualify for during the recovery period.
The participating properties are Sandy Beach Homes in Chalan Kanoa, Ocean Ridge Homes on Beach Road, and Saipan Comfort Homes in Fina Sisu. The company said its available units are larger semi-furnished living spaces meant to provide stability for families navigating displacement after the storm.
Amenities include washer and dryer units in every home, generator backup power, solar hot water systems, backup water supply, on-site maintenance support and security services.
Applicants must certify that their household was displaced by Super Typhoon Sinlaku and provide valid identification and Social Security documentation for all household members.
