SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Ports Authority issued an updated rescue flight schedule Monday evening, with Wednesday gaining a second United Airlines flight and Philippine Airlines and T’Way removed from Monday’s lineup.
Monday’s confirmed schedule now stands at three flights: United Airlines from Guam at 8:50 AM, a tentative United Airlines flight from Narita at 2:00 PM and Hong Kong Airlines from Hong Kong at 3:15 PM.
Tuesday remains unchanged with United Airlines from Guam at 8:50 AM and T’Way from Incheon at 9:30 AM.
Wednesday, April 22 now shows two United Airlines flights. The regular Guam service arrives at 8:50 AM. A second United flight arrives from Narita via Guam at 12:45 PM.
Saipan Airport remains open for relief and rescue flights only with no commercial service. Daytime operations only due to navigational aid damage. All six jetways remain inoperable. The Port of Saipan remains closed under PHWC Zulu. The Port of Tinian is now listed at PHWC Whiskey, reflecting its reopening for daytime operations.
