SAIPAN — The Saipan Mayor’s Office announced Wednesday that its landline and call service are experiencing surges, limiting the office’s ability to receive calls as it works to assist the community with power-related issues and troubleshooting.
The office asked for the community’s patience and understanding while staff work to restore normal phone service.
