SAIPAN — The Saipan Mayor’s Office is assisting residents through the application process for the Mayor’s Disaster Tent Program in collaboration with FEMA and the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Mayor Ramon “RB” Camacho announced Friday.
The office is not distributing tents directly to the public. Once applications are complete, FEMA will assess properties to determine eligibility for tent issuance. Reps. Angelo T. Camacho and Thomas John “TJ” Manglona of Precinct 5 have lent support to the program.
Staff are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Saipan Mayor’s Office to assist with applications. For more information call (670) 234-6208.
