SAIPAN — The Department of Public Works has completed emergency road repairs on the affected section of Route 34 in Kagman and the roadway is now open to all traffic, including heavy vehicles, as of Friday, April 24.
DPW said the roadway has been stabilized and is urging motorists to continue driving with caution as crews monitor the area. For questions, call DPW at (670) 235-9570
