PORTLAND, Ore. — Princess Lani Gafa, a native Samoan based in Portland, organized a relief drive to help stateside families send items to their loved ones on Saipan at an affordable cost, working with David at Dropship Marianas to make it happen, according to a viewer who submitted her story to NMI News Service.
Submitter Jadine Ada Cabrera said Gafa has close connections within Saipan and wants the community to know what she has done to help.
“I’d like to recognize Princess Lani Gafa and Dropship Marianas,” Cabrera said. “I believe Saipan needs to know who Lani is and what she’s done to help our home.”
