TINIAN — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation will conduct a scheduled power service interruption Monday, Aug. 17, from 8 to 11 a.m. for the Housing/Broadway Estates area of Tinian, the utility announced Friday.
The outage will allow the CUC line crew to replace a wooden power pole with concrete. No water wells will be affected.
Motorists are advised to reduce speeds and exercise caution while driving in the area or to take alternative routes.
