SAIPAN — Passehu Court residents in Dandan will lose water service Wednesday morning while crews repair a waterline leak, the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation said in a public advisory Tuesday.
The emergency interruption runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, affecting Passehu Court in Dandan. The utility released a map outlining the affected area, bounded roughly by Birada Street to the north, Flores Street to the south and Hafa Adai Avenue to the east.
Customers in the area will experience low to no water pressure between those hours, CUC said, and should allow one to two hours after the work for water lines to fully repressurize.
The utility also asked motorists to reduce speed and exercise caution while driving in the area during the work, or to take alternative routes, to protect the crew making the repair.
