SAIPAN – A Kagman family is asking the community for help finding their dog Vi, who they say was taken from their home Saturday night, May 23.
Owner Anna Yushkova said the family found Vi’s collar left behind at her bowl. She is asking that anyone with information about the dog contact her directly.
“She is family. All we want is for her to be returned home safely. No questions asked,” Yushkova said.
