SAIPAN — Free hot meals will be available to the public starting Monday, April 20, as HSEM and The Salvation Army launch mass feeding operations at the Garapan Fishing Base on Beach Road, directly across from Kristo Rai Catholic Church.
Distribution runs from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM or until all meals have been distributed. The event is walk-up service only and is not a drive-through. Participants must be physically standing in line to receive a meal. Families are encouraged to come together.
All meals are for off-site consumption. There is no seating at the distribution area and eating on site is not permitted. Food supplies are limited and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents are encouraged to arrive early. Parking is available nearby and participants should walk to the designated line area.
