SAIPAN — A full shipping container of relief goods arrived at the Saipan Mayor’s Office this week, delivered by community supporter Frank “The Crank” Camacho” on behalf of supporters rallying for the islands from outside the CNMI.
The container, visible in photos shared by the Mayor’s Office, was packed with cases of Pampers diapers, Cottonelle and other household essentials, a tangible sign of the diaspora community mobilizing for Saipan’s recovery from Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
“From the bottom of our hearts, we are truly grateful for this continued support for our people,” the Mayor’s Office said. “We are stronger when we work together.”
