Department of Finance Keeps Payroll Moving After Sinlaku With Workstations, Limited Hours

SAIPAN — The Department of Finance is reminding all government agencies that timekeeping for Pay Period 9 remains due Thursday, April 23 at 11:00 a.m., and has set up workstations at the SOF Building in Capitol Hill to help agencies without power or computer access meet the deadline.

Four Munis workstations are available at the SOF Building on Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Workstations will not be available Friday, April 24. Munis remains the official platform for time and attendance entry.

Agencies experiencing issues with Pay Period 9 are advised that payroll is still resolving issues from Pay Period 8. Pay Period 9 will be available for posting at 1:30 p.m. Agencies are instructed not to add any batches to current time entries in Munis. Any entries already made for Pay Period 9 will need to be redone once the system is available.

Printed timesheet summaries continue to be required. Once entries are completed and verified in Munis, agencies must print the summary and submit it to Payroll through DOF Administrative Services. DOF Administrative Services will only be accepting timesheets April 21, 22 and 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
