Camacho Sworn In as CNMI Superior Court Presiding Judge; Naraja Takes Seat on Supreme Court

SAIPAN — Governor David M. Apatang on Friday swore in Joseph James N. Camacho as Presiding Judge of the CNMI Superior Court and Roberto C. Naraja as Associate Justice of the CNMI Supreme Court.

Camacho, a former prosecutor and private attorney, has served as an associate judge of the Superior Court since 2011. Naraja, who served as presiding judge for more than two decades, will serve an eight-year term on the high court.
