HSEM and FEMA to Distribute Bottled Water at Joeten Daidai Tuesday Afternoon

SAIPAN — The CNMI Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, in partnership with FEMA, will distribute bottled drinking water to Saipan residents Tuesday afternoon at the Joeten Daidai Social Hall Field next to Mt. Carmel Cathedral.

Distribution runs from 2 to 5 p.m. or until supplies last. The limit is one case of water per family. Residents may arrive by vehicle or on foot. Pedestrians should use designated walking lanes. Vehicles must remain in line at all times. The Department of Public Safety will manage traffic control.

The water cases were delivered on a FEMA relief flight. Additional distribution locations will be announced in the coming days.
