SBDC expands seating for final week of SBA loan training series, set for June 24

SAIPAN — The CNMI Small Business Development Center Network has expanded seating for the final week of its month-long SBA loan training series after high demand, raising capacity to 16 clients with a few open slots remaining.

Week 4 focuses on financial recovery and business resilience, with the goal of equipping businesses with tools to strengthen operations over the long term and prepare for future disasters. The workshop is set for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the CNMI SBDC Network Lead Center Office conference room, Unit 11, Building 3290, Beach Road Plaza in Garapan.

The session will cover cash flow management after a disaster, using loan funds strategically, rebuilding customer bases, business continuity and planning, emergency preparedness, developing a business recovery roadmap, and the counseling services available through the SBDC.

Clients and prospective clients may register online at the SBDC events page or call (670) 237-9206 to sign up for the workshop or to become a client and access all of the center’s no-cost training events.

The CNMI SBDC Network and its programs are 100 percent funded by a $777,777 grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBDC services are provided in a nondiscriminatory way to all legal residents and citizens in the U.S.
