FEMA Processing Service Center Back Online After Tech Outage

SAIPAN – FEMA’s National Processing Service Center is fully operational and standard case processing has resumed at Survivor Recovery Centers on Saipan, Tinian and Rota and through DisasterAssistance.gov, the CNMI Joint Information Center said Friday.

The JIC said all services, including application reviews and updates, are functioning as normal. New and existing applications for federal disaster assistance continue to be processed without interruption.

The update follows a Thursday announcement that the processing center was experiencing technical difficulties that could delay reviews of pending Sinlaku cases.

Sinlaku survivors may call 671-735-1050 or the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362, or visit a Survivor Recovery Center for assistance with their applications.

The U.S. Small Business Administration and the American Red Cross remain on site at the Survivor Recovery Centers to support survivors.
