SAIPAN — IT&E is operating an outreach tent at the Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe this week to handle payments, activations and prepaid plans for customers who cannot make it to the main IT&E office, a company representative told Good Morning Marianas.
The tent is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., though staff will continue assisting customers who arrive close to closing time. The site sits next to the Survivors Assistance Center and near the courthouse.
Services available at the outreach tent include bill payments, post-paid plan activations, prepaid card sales and prepaid plan activations.
“Just come on down and check us out and we’ll be more than happy to help you guys,” the IT&E representative said.
IT&E has rotated outreach locations through recovery, including a recent stop at the Kagman Community Center.
