Free Reverse Osmosis Water Station Opens at Paupau Beach

SAIPAN — A free potable water filling station is now operating at Paupau Beach, providing reverse osmosis water to community members daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The limit is 100 gallons per vehicle.

The station is a joint effort by FEMA, the CNMI Government and the U.S. Air Force. An aerial map showing the traffic flow and filling location has been released to help residents navigate the site.

The CNMI Joint Information Center said it will continue releasing updates on additional water filling station locations and relief supply distributions.
