SAIPAN — The Department of Public Works will open the As Gonno Temporary Debris Waste Disposal Site Tuesday, April 28, to begin accepting green waste from Typhoon Sinlaku cleanup efforts.
The site opens Tuesday at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. for the opening day. Regular operating hours beginning Wednesday will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
DPW said acceptance of other typhoon-related debris beyond green waste will be announced at a later date. For more information, contact the Solid Waste Office at (670) 322-2745 or visit dpw.gov.mp.
