SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency office is closed following damage from Typhoon Sinlaku and anticipates reopening Monday, April 27 with temporary public service hours of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Upon reopening, services will be available for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment as well as document drop-offs at the CMA main receiving area. CMA said it will issue another public notice if the April 27 reopening date changes.
CMA said staff are working to ensure the office is safe, clean and ready before welcoming the public back. Behind the scenes, the agency said its team remains committed to ensuring beneficiaries continue to have access to their healthcare coverage. Updates on Medicaid renewals, application processing, provider support and other program operations will be shared as they become available.
