TAMUNING, Guam — The Tumon Bay Music Festival is returning to Guam for its 21st year, with organizers announcing a multi-venue lineup running from February 26 to March 7 and featuring performances, clinics, workshops, and a finale awards ceremony.
The festival is presented by the Guam Philharmonic Foundation, Incorporated and the Guam Territorial Band, and organizers describe it as a celebration of music, culture, and community with local and international artists spanning choral, instrumental, jazz, rock, and other genres.
According to organizers, the schedule includes the Choral Festival on February 26 and 27 at the Episcopal Church of St. John the Divine, the Solo and Small Ensemble Festival on February 28 at Harvest Baptist Church and Harvest Christian Academy, “Jazz, Rock, & Beyond” on March 1 at Micronesia Mall Center Court, the Bands and Orchestras Festival on March 2 and 3 at Don Don Donki lower level, the School Band Friendship Festival on March 6 at Micronesia Mall Center Court, and the Finale and Award Ceremony on March 7 at Micronesia Mall Center Court.
Organizers said TBMF will also offer educational activities, including clinics and workshops, alongside the performances.
