TINIAN — The Tinian Small Business Development Center will host a free outreach event on federal disaster assistance June 10, connecting businesses, farmers, ranchers and community members with USDA and U.S. Small Business Administration programs.
The event runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, at Tinian Elementary School, Room K21. The topic is the USDA Emergency Conservation Program and SBA disaster loans.
Representatives from the USDA Farm Service Agency will provide an overview of disaster assistance programs available to help agricultural producers recover from natural disasters and other qualifying events. SBA representatives will discuss the Economic Injury Disaster Loan program and other SBA resources, answer questions and provide guidance on available assistance.
The Tinian SBDC said attendees will have the chance to learn about program eligibility, application processes and available support directly from federal agency experts.
