DFEMS Bans All Open Burning on Saipan; Dry Conditions Create Wildfire Risk
SAIPAN — The Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services is prohibiting all open burning on Saipan until further notice, warning that post-typhoon conditions have created a serious wildfire risk.
