SAIPAN — The Office of the Governor announced Friday an expansion of Operation Governor’s Digital Connect to include manåmko’ across Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, in partnership with the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs Office of Aging and the CNMI Broadband Policy and Development Office.
