SAIPAN — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will hold its April General Membership Meeting Wednesday at Hibiscus Hall at the Crowne Plaza Saipan, with a presentation on Workforce Pell Grants and an industry partner showcase focused on workforce development across the CNMI.
The meeting runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The featured presentation will be delivered by Northern Marianas College’s Center for Training and Innovation, highlighting opportunities available through the Workforce Pell Grant, a federal initiative designed to expand access to short-term workforce training and education in high-demand fields.
The meeting will also include an Industry Partner Showcase, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with organizations supporting workforce development and professional training throughout the Commonwealth. Participating partners include Northern Marianas College, Northern Marianas Technical Institute and Island Training Solutions, whose representatives will host informational tables and share updates on upcoming programs and 2026 initiatives.
