NMC recognizes longest-serving employees, honors milestone work anniversaries

Northern Marianas College recently recognized staff, faculty, and administrators who reached milestone work anniversaries, including two employees honored as the college’s longest-serving team members.

NMC said Polly Omechelang, an extension aide for the college’s Cooperative Research, Extension and Education Services, and Lisa Hacskaylo, the college’s institutional researcher, were each recognized for 35 years of service. The college said the recognition was held during a brief Thanksgiving ceremony where NMC leaders, including members of the NMC Board of Regents, thanked employees for their service and contributions to the college’s growth and commitment to students.

NMC also recognized additional employees for milestone anniversaries: 5 years (Resida Keller, Carla Sablan, Rachel Ann Fusco, John Carlson Mithnoy Jr., Larrisa Larson, David Peter Attao); 10 years (Adam Walsh, Kathleen Winkfield, Vernaliza Tudela, Elphidia Sablan, Franklin Palacios); 15 years (Roland Merar, Odin Garces, Catherine Villagomez, Joaquin Deleon Guerrero, Tayna Belyeu-Camacho, Neda Deleon Guerrero, Raynard Travilla, Rosa Aldan, Rosaline Cepeda, Charlotte Cepeda); 20 years (Colleen Genae Manglona); 25 years (Josephine Dela Cruz, Barry Wicksman, Shirley Ann Blas, Ruthie Elsie Skang-Ngewakl, Daisy Manglona-Propst); and 30 years (Robert Suzuki).
