The roar of students, teachers, and staff was deafening inside of the Marianas High School cafeteria this morning as two Dolphins took top honors as CNMI Public School System State Counselor of the Year Gabby Race and Teacher of the Year Dr. Marifi Doculan were presented their respective awards.
