SAIPAN — Latte Built 24-Hour Fitness says its annual 12-week program officially titled “Latte Built’s Michelob Ultra 2025 Wellness & Transformation 12 week challenge” drew its largest turnout to date, with 33 participants this year.

According to founder Derek Cutting, the challenge runs January 3 through March 28, and is structured around full-body transformation, with biweekly weigh-ins, waist measurements, and body fat percentage tracking. This year’s challenge also includes a community partnership component: the Northern Marianas Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence will receive a percentage of proceeds raised through the challenge.

Winners will be selected based on overall progress, with the top three finishers recognized, plus additional prizes for two runners-up, one male and one female.

He also thanked Marpac and Michelob Ultra as major sponsors, saying they contributed $1,000 cash plus in-kind prizes to help kick off the winners’ pot.
