The family of the late Julia Neisarhúg Kotomor Norita, known lovingly to her family and community as “Mom Sa,” has extended their heartfelt thanks to all who offered love, support and prayers during their time of loss.
In a statement, the family said they were deeply moved by the outpouring of kindness and compassion shown to them and that seeing their loved one’s community reflect her spirit back to them has brought comfort and peace.
“Mom Sa lived a life filled with love, faith, and meaningful relationships,” the family said. “She was truly blessed with cherished friendships and a family and community who loved her deeply.”
The family expressed gratitude for every gesture of generosity, large and small, saying each one served as a reminder of the importance of family, unity and the strength of community.
“Though we miss her deeply, we find peace in our faith, trusting that she is now resting in the loving hands of our Lord, reunited with those who have gone before her,” the family said. “Her love, her faith, and her beautiful spirit will continue to live on through all of us.”
The family closed with a phrase Mom Sa was known for: “Love is Splendor Things.”
