Guam Governor’s Holiday Light Festival Parade set for Dec. 17 in Hagåtña

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The Office of the Governor is inviting the public to the 4th Annual Governor’s Holiday Light Festival Parade on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Skinner Plaza in Hagåtña, with this year’s theme, “Håfa Adai Holidays – Christmas in Paradise.”

Organizers said the parade has become a signature event of the Leon Guerrero–Tenorio Administration, featuring festive floats, marchers, walkers, and decorated vehicles, with pop-up vendors open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Skinner Plaza.

Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lt. Governor Josh Tenorio, in separate statements, encouraged families and the wider community to take part in the holiday celebration in the capital.

The governor’s office said individuals, families, government agencies, commercial groups, and nonprofit organizations are welcome to participate, and registration is available online.
