Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lieutenant Governor Josh Tenorio released a New Year’s message to the people of Guam, reflecting on the island’s resilience while outlining priorities for the coming year.
In the video address, the governor acknowledged both the challenges and triumphs that marked the past year, emphasizing the community’s unwavering spirit in facing adversity together.
“Every year brings its own challenges and its own triumphs, and through it all, our island shows the same steady strength and generosity that make Guam feel like home,” Governor Leon Guerrero said in the message.
