SAIPAN — The Saipan Humane Society is inviting the public to a free training focused on animal handling and capture on Tuesday, February 3 from 9:30 a.m. to noon, at Casa Marianas (Gold Beach Hotel).
The session will feature John Peaveler, described on the event flyer as an animal services professional and disaster response specialist, and will cover practical topics including safe animal handling, dog and cat capture, and population management.
Organizers say the event is open to the public, and attendees will receive a Seresto flea/tick collar, a leash, and a water bowl.
