SAIPAN – A public astronomy observation and outreach event entitled “Finding Andromeda 2.0: Jupiter Rising” is set for Friday, January 16, at the American Memorial Park ball field, hosted by Island Astronomy in collaboration with Tinian Astro Dad.
The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., weather permitting, and is open to the public. Organizers say attendees can stop by for views through telescopes and take part in the “Finding Andromeda 2.0” contest.
