SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation will temporarily close the outer northbound lane on Chalan Pale Arnold in Puerto Rico from Tuesday, March 10 through Friday, March 13, to allow wastewater operators to access a manhole for sewer line cleaning and inspection.
The closure will be in effect daily from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Detour signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to slow down and use caution in the area.
