SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency has launched an enhanced online CMA Provider Directory aimed at improving access to healthcare services and helping Medicaid beneficiaries connect with enrolled providers across the Commonwealth.
The directory, available at medicaid.cnmi.gov, is designed for beneficiaries, families, caregivers, and community partners to quickly identify Medicaid-enrolled providers and facilities across the CNMI.
“This Provider Directory is about putting information directly into the hands of our beneficiaries,” said George Cruz, Medicaid Director. “Access to care begins with knowing where to go. This tool strengthens transparency, reduces barriers, and helps ensure our community can connect with the care they need—when they need it.”
CMA said the directory is searchable and allows users to locate services by provider type and specialty, including medical care, dental services, vision care, pharmacy services, specialty providers, and healthcare facilities.
CMA also highlighted features that include searchable provider listings by service category and specialty, current contact and location information for Medicaid-enrolled providers, identification of available services and facilities within the CNMI, and language and accessibility indicators.
“This directory is more than a list of providers—it’s a connection point between our community and quality care,” Cruz said, adding that the tool is intended to support patients, families, providers, and community organizations through stronger coordination and improved health outcomes.
CMA said it will continue to maintain and update the directory as part of broader efforts to modernize Medicaid operations and enhance service delivery.
