SAIPAN — The CNMI Inter-Island Solid Waste Management Taskforce will conduct on-site Waste Assessment Trainings at landfill facilities on all three main islands this spring, with community members and commercial haulers advised to use caution during the scheduled training dates.
Training will be held at Marpi Landfill on Saipan on April 13 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., at Puntan Diablo Dump Site on Tinian on April 27 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., and at the Tatachok Small Community Exempt Landfill on Rota on May 4 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The public and commercial haulers are asked to exercise caution when navigating the sites during those times.
