SAIPAN — Governor David M. Apatang directed all CNMI government offices to remain closed beginning Monday, April 13, until an all-clear declaration is announced, in accordance with the Typhoon Condition II declaration for Saipan, Tinian and Rota.
The directive, issued Sunday as Memorandum GOV2026-242, instructs all department and activity heads to keep offices shuttered until HSEM, through the CNMI Emergency Operations Center State Warning Point, issues the all-clear following the passage of Typhoon Sinlaku.
Residents can monitor storm updates through the CNMI EOC State Warning Point at 670-237-8000 or 670-664-8000.
