Bank Pacific installs new ATM at Saipan branch after vandalism; bank says faster, more secure experience

SAIPAN — Bank Pacific has installed a brand-new ATM at its Saipan branch, replacing the previous machine that the bank says was vandalized several months ago. Assistant Vice President and Saipan Branch Manager Marvin Deleon Guerrero said the new unit includes enhanced security features, faster transaction processing, and a more intuitive screen.

Deleon Guerrero invited customers and the public to come try the new ATM, noting the bank has heard from customers over time about the need for convenient access.

In the interview, Deleon Guerrero said Bank Pacific has been in the CNMI for more than 70 years and described the bank’s goal as making banking easier and more accessible for families and businesses.

He also emphasized what he called a personal, customer-centric approach, saying customers can walk in and speak with him without needing an appointment.
