SAIPAN — The Office of the Governor and the CNMI Office of Veterans Affairs will hold a public All Souls’ Day observance on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the CNMI Veterans Cemetery in Marpi. The community is invited to gather in a solemn tribute to departed veterans and their families—a time to reflect, pray, and express gratitude for their service.
