CNMI Commerce reminds businesses: 2025 annual corporation reports due March 2; late filings face $150 penalty plus daily fees

SAIPAN — The CNMI Department of Commerce, Office of the Secretary and Registrar of Corporations, is reminding business entities that 2025 Annual Corporation Reports are due Monday, March 2, with penalties in place for late submissions.

Commerce said reports received after the deadline will be assessed a $150 late-filing penalty. Beginning Tuesday, March 3, Commerce said an additional $10 per day will be charged, excluding weekends, holidays, and government austerity days, on top of the $150 penalty until the report is submitted.

Commerce said timely filing helps maintain accurate corporate records and supports compliance with CNMI requirements, and urged businesses to file before March 2 to avoid penalties.
