Saipan Chamber of Commerce reminds businesses to register for strategic problem-solving training set for March

SAIPAN — With four weeks remaining before the first quarter professional development offering of the year, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce is reminding the business community to register for its upcoming training, “Business Resilience Through Strategic Problem Solving.”

The half-day training is designed to help local businesses remain resilient and competitive amid ongoing economic challenges. According to the Chamber, participants will learn strategies to strengthen and retain customer relationships, sustain and grow their customer base during economic downturns, identify customer pain points, and improve workforce effectiveness through clearer role alignment and accountability.

Two identical sessions are scheduled for March 17 and March 18, both running from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Island Training Solutions Office, Suite 604, Marianas Business Plaza.

The training will be led by James T. Arenovski of Island Training Solutions, who will present practical, real-world approaches aimed at improving organizational performance, productivity, and long-term sustainability.

Registration fees are $50 for Saipan Chamber of Commerce members and $60 for future Chamber members, with a $5 discount per registrant available for groups of three or more. The Chamber encourages early registration, noting that space is limited.
